I guess I'm just having a hard time seeing how Intel on certain players never increases. Since we started this tf, I put up 50+ every week. I know my troops are strong, but they haven't always been. It simply comes down to who's putting in more time. Agree with skeeter that we need to keep working with our lower levels, it seems to be working well. All officers need to start participating when they ask questions. All need to work together to take down these harder ops.

Kef... You are an admin. Are you (and the other officers) willing to push communications on this forum??? We can post up tactics / strategies on Ops (we already have a thread for that, up above). As a quick FYI, I did this forum on a volunteer basis. I don't have any vested interest here, except for making the TF better. Matt kept joking around that I was spamming (really funny, too), but it's not. I know that we can improve faster, by sharing knowledge, which is kinda difficult to do, on the game chat screen (especially for us iPhone guys).
If we can get more of the TM members to register/visit here, we can share knowledge better.

It's easy to burn good people out, or turn them away, if we approach it wrong. We should have minimums. Say, 20, to start, and we can bring it up from there, in a few weeks?

i personally think 20 is a little shy....say 25. but what if player A doesnt full fill that mark say 3 weeks straight?

And Kef... Don't get discouraged. The TF is growing and improving, dramatically... We have a few members who aren't crushing the Intel, but we need to bring them along. It really is tough to gather intel some days. The "SuperCel" company does manipulate the game statistics (intel percentages) from time to time. There really is no reason to be less than 20, but lets just make the expectations known...

also, want be consitant on a starting op time. i think this works well....say anytime between the hours of 3 to 7pm central time zone. this helps out for peeps accross the pond. starting ops later never works out well. and if we have the intel at say 9pm...oh well, wait, have a jump on the next op after that....?

Late afternoon staring time works GREAT!!! Much better than the 11:00 pm time point. This way, we are not too drunk, and we don't attack upon wakeup (yep, done that), and totally screw up the attack.
