The first TF meeting on the forum. Lets bring up some points to discuss, so we have a bit of a structure for the next one. This one should probably just be a "free flow" discussion.
Also... I can set up a voice conference call through my work system. It's free & probably easier than typing, if we want to do that in the future. It works great for my Fantasy Football drafts, where the team owners are scattered all over the country. Might work well, here, too. Next time...
Things to discuss...
- Intel expectations, but we gotta keep it fun
- Intel tracking (Matt has the screen caps to track the intel counts)
- Notes for ops... Who and when?
- Keep kicking ass with Mambo, or step up to Sour Grapes, and get our asses kicked again? We also need to factor Intel collection into this question. Do we step up, but then run short on Intel for 2-3 days after the step?

Hey Kef... Want me to add any items to the "agenda" above??? BTW... You are an admin. You should be able to edit my post above, to add things, if you want.
Matt... Love the Avatar... The original Roofie!

There are a cpl things I want to address here. For the most part we are doing fine on Intel, but we do have the same stragglers every week. This crap with waiting until the reset isn't working either. We only have 40 something Intel and the op is half over. Same thing has happened the past few weeks.

first off...wanna thank everyone for taking a few minutes of your time to come in here. this board/website is good...thanks skeeter.
im on a mission to make this TF BETTER....we have worked hard on to get this TF to where it is today. some peeps come and go. but for main part....most of us have been here a while. we all have some serious hours logged into this game....hell, i know im bad when i have 2 accounts. im open to all suggestions on what we can do to be solid. i want harder ops...but that comes with using your attacks WISELY...not just rolling in with gernieders and take out a cannon or something. i have zero plans on a 50 man crew...just 2 much drama imo. kinda carious if anyone noticed that the last 3 ops, no notes. i told 1.0 to not do notes....Officers? where you at? i have had 3 people quit this TF cause i speak my mind, ask for intel, you should have done this....im always in the dirty work....im seriously considering re arranging "officer" status to players who want to contribute...we need help.

Hey Kef... Leadership is a tough job... You are doing fine. Let's keep training up the low level players (we were all there, at some point) so they understand the expectations.
Lets put guidelines out there. Quick one... Any officer can do notes.... I wasn't aware. In my previous TF (very hard hitting, 600 VP guys, that I was "grandfathered" into), only the officer who started the OP was allowed to do notes.

There are 7 people besides Kef and I who are able to post notes. Not one thing has been commented on, posted, and or changed. We both picked the officers of this group to share these duties.

but here is the thing...from day 1, in which you wernt here yet...i have never claimed this my TF...OURS....i just rounded up some troops and went to war Over the past few weeks, the OP attacks have improved dramatically! That is something to build on. I think almost everyone has reached the stage where they don't do as much "stupid stuff". It's getting noticeably better, every op. Not as many silly "Nader" attacks, or T-meds against booms, etc. Lots more effective Hooka and Skooka attacks. Even the lower level players are picking their attack points better. Lets just keep the training up the players. We all have lots to learn. Practice, with guidance, is the best policy for attacking OPs.

Matt & Kef... Some of the officers may not be aware that they should write notes. In my previous TF, the officer who started the Op, was the only one allowed to write notes. I was afraid to post/edit notes, because it might upset the officer who started the Op.
Lets just make sure that all of the offers are aware of the options available.

besides the notes...there are other things that need to be addressed...intel, everyone wants harder ops, but wheres the intel...matt and masa and smooth? granted not everyone can bring it down like that...but hell...15? what level are you? not waiting till last hour to attack on op....these things last 24 hours....proper troops where needed...cant tell you how much medics are a waste on ops...there are place and CERTAIN members who can use that correctly

Agree!!! There are a few members to are way short on Intel. How do we encourage them, so they pick up the pace, without quitting?
